Description:
Although most G&O subsidiaries had a plethora of GP10s, this was the only such unit to make its way to the Wiregrass Central. In this photo 8056 has just recieved a fresh coat of paint, however it would remain plain and without logos or the iconic G&O bold side numbers for the remainder of its time on the Wiregrass Central. To the best of my knowledge, this locomotive was eventually scrapped not too far from where it is parked in this photo.
